Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance

By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If representing a company, you confirm authority to bind it.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

We provide DPR preparation, PMC, BIM modeling, pre-bid estimation, road/building construction, and land acquisition services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in contracts.

3. Use of Website

Content is informational only. You agree not to hack, misuse, or spread malware. You indemnify us for misuse.

Important Notice

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your use of the website.

4. Payments

Invoices due in 15 days. Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest + collection costs. No refunds except per contract. Taxes (GST/VAT) borne by client.

5. Intellectual Property

Client retains inputs. We own outputs until full payment. Client gets non-exclusive license after payment. Reverse engineering prohibited.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice, or immediately for breach. Confidentiality, IP, and payments survive termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at contract value. No liability for indirect damages unless gross negligence.

We do not guarantee:

8. Force Majeure

No liability for delays due to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, cyberattacks, supply chain issues. Contracts may terminate if event exceeds 60 days.

9. Indemnity

Client indemnifies us for all claims, damages, or legal fees arising from inaccurate data, non-compliance, or violations.

10. Warranties

Services provided 'as is' with industry-standard skill. Defects reported within 30 days will be remedied.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information for 5 years post-contract.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act in Satara, Maharashtra, in English.

13. Severability

Invalid provisions do not void the remainder.

14. Assignment

We may assign rights. Client needs written consent to assign.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms + signed contracts supersede prior communications. No oral modifications.

16. Electronic Signatures

E-signatures are valid and binding.

17. Updates

We notify changes via email or site notice. Continued use = acceptance

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
